She has a background in the martial arts and law enforcement and has studied several different martial arts styles.  She has worked as an undercover officer for a private security firm and was a police officer on patrol in Cincinnati Ohio for over 8 years. She is a certified instructor for the “Refuse To Be A Victim” program.
